Martial Arts Is A Rigorous Physical Activity

At the footer of each page is a note concerning precautions and personal responsibility...always train safely and with intelligence.  Never over exert yourself and try to have a partner handy to help you with form and technique if possible.

It is always best to consult your physician before starting any new physical activity or program.
