Internal Martial Arts

LTGMA.COM offers three instructional areas for taijiquan and related internal arts. These programs are primarily taught by Sifu Josh Eaves, a life time martial arts practitioner and 15 year veteran of the internal arts.

Internal Martial Arts Certificate
Influenced by the three jewels of chinese daoist martial arts--taijiquan, baguazhang, and xingyiquan--the Internal Martial Arts Certificate is designed for those who want a no-nonsense, sophisticated, and effective martial art that one can cultivate long into old age. read more
Qigong Certificate
A healthy body is one that is flexible, supple, and strong. The same is true of the mind. The Qigong Certificate program is designed to teach you to use the mind and body together as a unified defense against the stressors of life and the ravages of age.

Ting Taijiquan Lineage Holder Certification
The Ting Style of Taijiquan most closely resembles Wu/Hao Style with its small frame and high stances and an emphasis in highly refined and subtle internal mechanics. The course criteria contains three forms, over 40 qigong, weapons training, sensitivity development, and martial skills development.  read more
